Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us at raisedcountryco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
